How to Cancel ReelShort
Use the billing route that appears on your receipt. ReelShort documents a direct web path, while Apple and Google purchases must be managed by those stores.

Match the Charge to Its Billing Provider
Check the receipt before canceling. Apple, Google Play, and a direct ReelShort purchase are separate subscriptions, and a plan may be attached to a different store account from the one currently signed in.
Save the transaction ID, current renewal date, and the final cancellation confirmation. Removing ReelShort from a phone does not stop an active store subscription.

Cancel an Apple-Billed ReelShort Plan
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select ReelShort, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple says a missing Cancel button or a red expiration message indicates that the plan is already canceled.
If ReelShort is missing, search email for the Apple receipt and confirm the Apple Account used for payment. Apple also provides web and computer instructions on its official support page.

Cancel a Google Play ReelShort Plan
Open Google Play subscriptions using the paying Google account, choose ReelShort, select Manage, and then Cancel subscription. Follow every prompt until a cancellation date or confirmation appears.
Google says uninstalling does not cancel. Access normally continues through the period already paid, so use the date shown by Google as the authoritative end date.

Cancel a Direct ReelShort Subscription
ReelShort's user agreement documents this in-service route: Account, VIP, Subscription Management, then cancel. It says to cancel before the day preceding the next billing date if you do not want the next renewal.
The exact wording can change. Confirm that the account shown is the one that paid and keep the completion screen or email. If the control is unavailable, use the official support route with the transaction ID.

Refunds and Billing Errors
A cancellation stops renewal; a refund is a separate request. Apple and Google each review requests through their own official flows. Their decision depends on the purchase and applicable rules, so fixed refund windows should not be treated as guarantees.
ReelShort's agreement says payments are generally final and non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. It also provides a support route for erroneous charges. Report duplicates or unauthorized payments promptly and keep the case number.

Does deleting ReelShort stop billing?+
No. Cancel the actual subscription through Apple, Google Play, or ReelShort's Account → VIP → Subscription Management route.
Can ReelShort charge after I cancel?+
The plan should not renew after a confirmed cancellation, but access may continue to the paid expiration date. Save the confirmation and verify the next-billing field.
Will ReelShort refund the last charge?+
Not automatically. Submit a separate request to the payment provider. ReelShort's terms describe payments as generally final except where law requires otherwise.
What if I cannot find the subscription?+
Search for the receipt, identify the Apple Account, Google account, or direct ReelShort account used, and then contact the matching provider with the transaction ID.
