Terms of Service

ReelPulse publishes short-drama industry coverage, platform reviews, guides and a free Trend Radar. ReelPulse Pro is a paid subscription that adds a market-intelligence dashboard (full chart history, trend analytics and data exports) and a weekly data report delivered by email.

Chart data reflects what platforms display on their public websites at the time we check them. It is not revenue, download or advertising data. We describe coverage, capture dates and gaps on the relevant pages and may add, change or remove tracked sources over time.

You must provide an accurate email address and keep access to it secure. Subscriptions are for the individual subscriber unless a team plan is agreed in writing. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Founding-member pricing stays locked for as long as that subscription remains active without interruption.

You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy at reelpulse.net/refund-policy, which forms part of these terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service and to use Pro data and reports for your own internal business or research purposes, including quoting limited excerpts with attribution to ReelPulse.

The Service, including our analysis, compilations, text, design and software, belongs to ReelPulse or its licensors. Titles, trademarks and artwork of third-party platforms and productions belong to their respective owners; ReelPulse is independent and not affiliated with the platforms it covers.

We work to keep data accurate and sourced, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Third-party platforms can change or remove their pages at any time, so we do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, such as redistribution of Pro data or account sharing. If we end the Service or your subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
