Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- •Newsletter and waitlist: your email address, the list you chose and the page you signed up from.
- •ReelPulse Pro: your email address, subscription plan and status, and billing country. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record; we never receive or store your full card details.
- •Contact and feedback: whatever you choose to send us.
- •Usage data: pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies and server logs.
How we use it
To deliver the newsletter, Pro dashboard and Pro reports; to manage subscriptions, receipts and support; to measure and improve the Service; to prevent abuse; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Our Merchant of Record acts as reseller for ReelPulse Pro orders. It collects your payment and billing details and processes them under its own privacy notice, linked from your receipt. It shares with us the information needed to provide your subscription, such as your email, plan, country and transaction status.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- •Our Merchant of Record — payments, tax and billing support
- •Resend — email delivery
- •Vercel — website hosting
- •Neon — database hosting
- •Google Analytics — audience measurement
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. Affiliate links may set cookies on partner sites when you click them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, subscription records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires, and analytics data in aggregated or time-limited form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@reelpulse.net and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We will post any changes on this page and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
