Corrections Policy

Accurate work sometimes needs revision. We welcome specific evidence that a price, policy, source, title, calculation, or interpretation is wrong or outdated.

How to Report an Error

Use the contact page and include the page URL, the exact statement, why it appears wrong, and a primary source when available. For billing or privacy claims, remove passwords, full card numbers, verification codes, and other sensitive data before sending evidence.

How We Review

We compare the report with the cited source, archived or dated evidence when available, and the current official page. We distinguish a factual error from a later product change, a regional difference, or a reasonable editorial judgment.

What Changes Look Like

We correct factual errors promptly and update the page date when a material section changes. Significant corrections include a clear note explaining the original problem and the correction. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.

  • No silent change to reverse a material conclusion.
  • No removal of a valid correction because a company dislikes it.
  • No guarantee that temporary prices or catalogs remain unchanged after the review date.
