Renewals
If a renewal charge (monthly or annual) went through but you meant to cancel, request a refund within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
How to request a refund
Email hello@reelpulse.net from the address you subscribed with, or reply to your receipt, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, including any statutory withdrawal rights.
