FAQ
What data does Pro include?
Daily captures of public charts on major short-drama apps (currently ReelShort, GoodShort and FlexTV, with more apps being added), including rank, episode count, platform tags and the view/save counters each page displays. History starts on the date we began tracking each chart; we never back-fill data we did not observe.
Is this revenue or download data?
No. Charts reflect what each platform shows on its public website. They are useful for spotting which titles and tropes platforms are pushing and audiences are watching, but they are not revenue, download or ad-spend estimates.
When does checkout open?
We are opening Pro to founding members first. Reserve your spot and we will email you when checkout is live. Reserving is free and does not commit you to buy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the link in your receipt email. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Pro is not useful to you, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. See our refund policy for details.
Who processes payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, sales tax/VAT and billing support.
