How to Cancel DramaBox

Open the receipt or bank statement before changing anything. An Apple receipt means Apple controls the subscription; a Google Play receipt means Google does. If neither appears, check the DramaBox account and the original confirmation email for the billing provider.

Do not delete the app first. Google explicitly says uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription, and account deletion is also a separate action from stopping a recurring charge.

Open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select DramaBox, then choose Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if no Cancel button appears—or a red expiration message is shown—the subscription is already canceled.

If you cannot find the charge, search email for an Apple receipt and confirm which Apple Account made the purchase. Apple also documents a web route for users who cannot access an Apple device.

Open Google Play subscriptions while signed in to the account that paid, select DramaBox, choose Manage, and then Cancel subscription. Follow the confirmation prompts and keep the final screen or email.

Google says you normally keep access for the time already paid after canceling. A pause option, if shown, is not the same as cancellation; read the date on the final screen.

Use the billing-management link in the original receipt or the subscription controls visible inside the same DramaBox account. DramaBox's terms name third-party payment processors and say offers can vary by location, so there is no single verified web path that applies to every purchase.

If the charge remains unidentified, contact DramaBox support from the official app or site with the transaction ID, charge date, amount, account email, and platform. Do not send a password or full card number.

Cancellation prevents a future renewal; it does not itself reverse a completed payment. For Apple purchases, use Apple's Report a Problem flow. For Google Play purchases, use Google's refund-request process. Eligibility depends on the transaction, local law, and the payment provider's decision—not a universal 14-day or 48-hour promise.

DramaBox's terms say fees are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. For duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges, report the issue promptly to the company that processed the payment and keep all case numbers.
